Some animals can travel on TICV flights (ask at your point of sale for the permitted animals) accompanied by the passenger and paying an amount, regardless of the allowance to which a person has the right.
Animals may travel with their owners, in the passenger cabin, if respecting the requirements of maximum container measurements 45x35x25 cm (Length x Width x Height) and maximum weight of the animal, which must not exceed 8 kg (container included).
The passenger has to handle its care and transport during the flight, without causing any type of nuisance to nearby passengers.
Animals that exceed these values must be checked in and stowed in the aircraft hold.
The pet container has to be sufficiently ventilated, waterproofed and secure.
Potentially dangerous canine races and dogs that weight more than 20 kilograms, must wear a muzzle.
The carrying of animals on TICV aircraft is subject to acceptance by the company.
When reserving or purchasing the ticket, either in the airline or travel agency, inform of your intention to carry a domestic animal on board and describe the animal.
Take the vaccination card or veterinary certificate on the day of travelling.
The document will be required by the airport personnel, whether the domestic animal travels in the cabin with the customer or in the aircraft hold.
